The "Schöne Aussicht" is located in the district of Sora Wilthener on the north-western ridge of the "Oberlausitz mountains". The moutain cottage, when translated means 'beautiful view' and got its name from the magnificent views of the western foothills of the "Oberlausitz mountains".

 

You cannot get more local with the game we serve at our restaurant. Wild Boar and venison which has been shot in the surrounding forests by our very own chef. This meat all comes from wild animals which have never been to an abattoir. There is very little fat on wild meat, particularly venison, so great care must be taken in the cooking to make sure that the naturally lean meat does not dry out during cooking.

 

Our restaurant has 3 dining rooms: one large room with 40 seats, smaller dining room with 35 seats and 20 seats in the Jägerstube. If necessary, these spaces can be connected to each other.

 

In the summer months the terrace and beer garden is available with 36 seats. Here you can sit in the sun and enjoy the beautiful view.
